The Green Bridges project brings together youth organisations from across Europe and Africa to explore climate action and social innovation through virtual exhange. As a facilitator, you can play a key role in making theses exchanges meaningful, inclusive and impactful.

The training runs over 5 weeks, starting Thursday 21 May 2026. Sessions take place every Thursday from 17:00–18:30 CEST, with two additional practical workshops on Wednesdays.

All sessions are held online via Zoom. The training uses a non-formal, learning-by-doing approach – expect interactive activities, peer exchange, role-play and real practice. The training language will be English and where needed translations will be provided.

→ Design and lead interactive online sessions

→ Facilitate inclusive, engaging discussions across cultures

→ Moderate sessions with invited expert speakers

→ Manage group dynamics in an online environment
