You are kindly invited to attend a webinar organized by the Institute of International Forestry and Forest Products of Technische Universitaet Dresden on Tuesday, 09 July, 10:00 – 11:30 Central European Summer Time (CEST). In this webinar, the renowned scientist Dr. James M. Roshetko from the Word Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) will share his experience on Smallholder Teak Agroforestry Systems. The presentation includes a discussion where participants can submit their questions to the chatroom.
Dr Roshetko leads the agroforestry tree domestication and marketing work for ICRAF’s Southeast Asia program from the Bogor office in Indonesia. He participates in research on agroforestry germplasm supply systems, smallholders’ timber production systems, smallholders’ marketing, and agroforestry extension. His dissertation at the University of Copenhagen focused on smallholders’ agroforestry systems for enhancement of livelihoods and carbon storage. (ICRAF, 2019)
