Dear AGEP-students, dear AGEP-alumni,
We would like to cordially invite you to the first webinar in the context of the AGEP. Dr. Hans Dembowski, the Editor in Chief of the magazine D + C Development and Cooperation, will give a presentation on “Cooperation with the press – how can scientists reach the media?”
When: Wednesday, July the 9th 2014, 14:00 to 16:00 CEST
Where: http://alumniportal-deutschland.de/webinar-agep-cooperation-with-the-press
The goal of this webinar is to convey the fundamentals in the cooperation with the media. How do I get my voice heard as a scientist? How do I place my messages? What journalistic techniques can help me get heard and reach my goals? How do I formulate in an appealing way and get published? These and many more questions will be tackled. But also your input – be it questions or thoughts – are very welcome.
The webinar will be held in English and streamed live from the TU Dortmund to The AGEP – Network Group in the Alumniportal Deutschland: http://alumniportal-deutschland.de/group-agep-alumni
To be able to take part in the webinar, all you have to do is join the Alumniportal Deutschland if you haven’t already done so (it is the largest online platform for international cooperation and completely free of charge) and become a member of The AGEP – Network Group (see link above). Joining the network is free of charge.
If you cannot make it to the live session, the record of the webinar will be uploaded to the group soon after the session, so that you do not have to miss out on the presentation and discussion.
We are looking forward to seeing you online soon and to vivid discussions.
Best regards,
Robin Pass
